After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email & WhatsApp.

You can easily track your order anytime using the Order Tracking Menu on our store.

Our logistics partner will contact you to confirm the delivery time and date.

Please ensure you are available at the scheduled delivery time.

The rider will not hand over the package before payment.

If payment is not made upon delivery, the package will be returned, and you will need to contact our Customer Service to arrange redelivery.
