Damaged or Missing Items Policy

Do not accept the parcel if the seal is broken or the package appears tampered with.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
Missing Items
If any item(s) are missing from your order, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Share your order number and details of the missing item(s) with our support team.
After verification, we will either send the missing item(s) or refund the amount.
