Return & Exchange Conditions:

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 5-7 days of delivery.
  Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
  
• Returns after 7 days will not be accepted.
  
• Customers are responsible for returning the item undamaged. If damaged, the item will be sent back.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  
• Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or as a store voucher.
  
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers bear the return shipping cost.
