• You can return or exchange faulty items within 3 days of delivery.
  
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
  
• Customers cover return shipping costs, and refunds are for the product value only (shipping charges are non-refundable).
  
• Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 5-7 business days.
  
• If returning a package, ensure it’s undamaged, or we’ll send it back.
  
• Exchanges depend on stock availability and require a Rs.199 delivery charge.
  

Damaged or Missing Items:

• Report damaged or missing items within 24 hours with photos and order details.
  If the seal is broken, don’t accept the parcel—contact us immediately.
